I finnally received my total winnings of 1100 dollars on January 8th into my instadebit account,  after countless sessions on there online support and also making phone calls to their support line to.   One phone call ended up with I was online chatting and talking with the same rep. on the phone.  They wanted a copy of my instadebit statements from day I tried to withdrawl.  I did that three or four times,  the last statement I sent was from Nov 15/09 to Jan 4/10.  By this time I was contacting them at least 3 times a week with their online support.  They had kept on telling me throughout that the deposit had failed 3 times saying it was the wrong account number, (which I provided to them over and over), even though they had no trouble when I deposited money through my instadebit account  into my casino account with them?  And then that they would send it on to their financial department for further investigation.  I did e-mail the Malta Lottery and Gaming Autthority shortly after my first posting here, but never recieved anything back from them as of this date.  I believe Quatro Casino just finally got tired of hearing from me and decided I wasn't going to give up on this matter and paid me out.???  I am sure there must be something going on with Quatro's support team being told to keep winning players held off with payments as long as they can with meek excuses from their management people.  Even though I am tempted now to try playing and with any luck, winning and taking out a smaller withdrawl with them,  common sense is telling me not to.  There are many more casino's with the same games as Quatro's and I will be doing a little more research before playing on any of them before making a deposit.  Myself I tried online gambling for being in the comfort of my home and with the idea of no problems with depositing or withdrawing money.  I see now there is no trouble depositing money but the withdrawl seems to take some effort,  especially from Quatro Casino.  I am still a little surprised I even recieved a payment from them its been so long since I tried their withdrawl process.  My trust with this casino is definately in the toilet now!  Act on the edge of caution before deciding to play at Quatro Casino!!!

My suggestion is start contacting absolutely EVERY email you can find... even if unrelated.  Also there are several good sites to have them black-listed.  I have not done that YET.  I have been waiting since Nov 15th - Glenn's who wrote on 22/12/09 has had the exact same experience.  Same stories and same withdrawal method.  I would also suggest copying emails to eCOGRA info@ecogra.org . Have you tried their 24/7 toll free line?  Don't bother.  It rings, you get music and then it simply drops your call.  Have you tried the online support?  Usually it claims all representatives are busy.  I think they block ISP's.  I would also contact Malta Lottery and Gaming Authority which is the jurisdiction Quatro claims to fall under.  Go to: http://www.lga.org.mt/lga/home.aspx

Have been waiting for a withdrawl from quatro casino since November 15, 2009.  It seems like they are almost trying to blame me for it not going through?   I have done everything they have asked regarding my instadebit account info.  They have told me they tried to deposit 4 times and then say something went wrong with the deposit and check with instadebit.  I checked with instadebit and there has been no attempts from them to deposit into my account?   Odd isn't it?  Felt comfortable using there casino until it came time to withdrawl some winnings.  Not even sure what to do now but keep hounding them i guess?  Anybody have any ideas?

I  have exactly the same problem as Edwin, been waiting since the 7th August for a cash out.  They take your money in moments, it's not on that you have to wait so long to get anything back.

The customer support is very bad. I have send 15 emails about a withdraw I made last saterday (8th august 2009). In your commentary you tell about a supirieur customersupport that is not what i subscribe. For me it is dissapointed how i wait for my pay out that still is not resolve. Now i wait 6 days for a pay out in my Neteller account. I hope they pay out! Live help Jose was great see answer all my questions but could help me with my pay out because the financial department was closed.....Monday see said they will look for a pay out  "LOOK" I want ACTION.... They could learn from Fortune Lounge they pay pout within 4 hours. Hope this will resolved on monday otherwise I come back here on this site!!!
