Mobile gambling site WinAsUGo mobile casino using proprietary software and have gaming license in Malta jurisdiction. It's owned by Vanway Services Ltd.
Well its now November 2011. Over 6 months since my initial complaint. It appears not only has WinAsUGo chosen to ignore me and go about it by closing my account, the LGA in Malta have seemingly followed suit. I m meeting with my local M.P. at the end of next week so as per usual I ll keep you updated with any further news. My advice to any one already playing at WinAsUGo mobile casino or is thinking about playing there is DON T.

Still no word from winasugo so as judge black on ask gamblers.net implied very unproffesional. Good news is i had a nice win from another casino but still pursuing the winasugo matter.

THE E.MAIL I RECEIVED FROM WINASUGO STATES MY ACCOUNT NUMBER ALONG WITH ANOTHER ACCOUNT NUMBER ARE SUSPENDED. THE ACTION IS BEING TAKEN ACCORDING TO EXCLUSION SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION SECTION IN WINASUGO T&C. THIS IS A JOKE AS I MANY MONTHS AGO WAS INSTRUCTED BY A MEMBER OF STAFF TO OPEN ANOTHER ACCOUNT TO SEE IF A DIFFERENT NETWORK WOULD BE MORE SUITABLE AND TO COMPARE ANY ERRORS. THE SECOND ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED SHORTLY AFTER BEEN OPENED AS ERRORS REMAINED THE SAME. NO MONEY HAS BEEN DEPOSITED INTO THE SECOND ACCOUNT FOR A VERY LONG TIME. AS FAR AS I AM AWARE THAT ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED OVER A YEAR AGO.

Since informing winasugo of my complaint back in May 2011, i have contacted the LGA in Malta which is the gaming authority under which winasugo are licensed. It has now been over 5 months since my initial complaint and i have now had to resort to taking legal advice. During the 5 months of my waiting for a viable reason to explain Why there was a 17,000 pound difference displayed on my phone to my daughters phone no adequate response has been given. I will inform you as to what happens as by tomorrow the 7.10.2011 my lawyer is taking over and is going to be requesting every single penny back that i have deposited at this casino back as i have never known exactly what i have been playing to win. Gaining money from people by deception is illegal no matter how its done.

In may of 2011 i supplied winasugo with images displaying 2 different jackpot amounts on 2 mobiles which was taken at the same time. There was a staggering £17 thousand pound difference. I was informed there was a GLITCH in the software and for the past 4 months they ve continued to operate without warning players
